This policy explains how Fortuisoft LLC handles information when you use the Baccarat app. Baccarat does not require an account and does not use real-money gambling.
The app stores preferences and game information on your device, including your virtual-chip bankroll, wagers, game settings, remaining shoe, and results history. This information is used to run and restore the game. You can remove it by deleting the app; some settings can also be reset inside the app.
The free iPhone and iPad version uses Google Mobile Ads with Unity Ads as a mediation partner. Baccarat does not request ads when running on Mac.
Depending on your location, choices, and device settings, Google, Unity, and their advertising partners may process device and SDK-assigned identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, advertisements viewed and ad interactions, app usage, purchase history or purchase tendencies, and diagnostic and performance information. They may also process device characteristics such as language, model, screen size, and connection type. This information is used to provide and measure ads, analyze and improve advertising services, prevent fraud, and personalize or limit ads. Some information may be associated with your device or an identifier assigned by an advertising service, even though Baccarat does not require an account.
Where required, the app asks for advertising consent using Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. On supported Apple devices, the app may also ask for App Tracking Transparency permission for tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can review available advertising privacy choices from Settings > Privacy choices. Purchasing the Pro upgrade removes ads from the iPhone and iPad app; crash reporting and the other non-advertising features described in this policy may continue.

The app uses Sentry to identify crashes and technical problems. Diagnostic reports may include app and operating-system versions, device model, crash traces, session information, and limited diagnostic breadcrumbs describing app state or operations near an error. For advertising problems, these may include the ad network or adapter, error codes, loading times, banner dimensions, and whether the device appears online or offline. These reports are not intended to contain payment-card information or the content of email you send to us.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Fortuisoft does not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product, transaction, and entitlement information needed to deliver purchases, restore the Pro upgrade, and prevent a consumable purchase from being delivered more than once.

If you choose to email us from the app, your email provider sends the address, message, and attachments you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and support the app.
If you choose to report an advertisement through an advertising partner's reporting controls, that partner may collect information about the ad and your report to investigate and respond to it.
Information is processed by the advertising partners and service providers described above to operate the relevant features, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. On-device game data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Google, Unity, Apple, and Sentry retain information according to their applicable policies, operational and legal needs, and your privacy choices. Their policies explain how to exercise available access, deletion, and other privacy rights.
Baccarat is not directed to children under 13, and Fortuisoft does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
You can change Apple tracking permission in the iOS or iPadOS Settings app, review available advertising choices in Baccarat settings, purchase Pro to remove ads, choose whether to email us or report an ad, reset game data in the app, or delete the app and its locally stored information. Deleting the app does not automatically delete information already held by advertising partners or service providers; use their privacy-policy links or contact us for help with a request.
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
