This policy explains how Fortuisoft LLC handles information when you use the Blackjack – Vegas Casino Real app. The app does not require an account. It is a casino-style game that uses virtual chips only and does not offer real-money wagering or prizes.
The app stores preferences and game information on your device, including your virtual-chip bankroll and wagers, table rules and other settings, the current game and remaining shoe, statistics, Strategy Errors history, and records needed to restore purchases and prevent duplicate purchase delivery. This information is used to run and restore the app. You can reset available game data, statistics, or settings inside the app, and you can remove locally stored information by deleting the app.
The free iPhone and iPad version uses Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your location, choices, and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, ad interactions, usage information, and diagnostic information to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize or limit ads. The Mac version does not request Google ads.
Where required, the app asks for advertising consent using Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. On supported Apple devices, the app may also ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. You can review available advertising privacy choices from Settings > Privacy choices. Purchasing the Pro upgrade removes ads from the iPhone and iPad app.

The app uses Sentry to identify crashes and technical problems. Diagnostic reports may include app and operating-system versions, device model, session information, crash traces, and limited diagnostic breadcrumbs describing navigation, game state, wallet and settlement operations, split-hand flow, purchases, persistence, or other operations near an error. These reports are not intended to contain payment-card information or the content of email you send to us.

The Pro upgrade and optional tips are processed by Apple. Fortuisoft does not receive your payment-card details. The app receives product, transaction, ownership, entitlement, and delivery information needed to complete purchases, restore or revoke the Pro upgrade, and prevent a consumable purchase from being delivered more than once.

If you choose to email us from the app, your email provider sends the address, message, and attachments you choose to include. The app adds its version, Pro status, device platform or model, and operating-system version to the email subject so we can support your request. We use that information to respond to you and support the app.
If you choose to export statistics, the app prepares the information on your device and lets you save it to Files or copy it to the clipboard. The information is shared only when and where you direct.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the features described above, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. On-device game data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Google, Apple, and Sentry retain information according to operational and legal needs, their applicable policies, and your privacy choices.
Blackjack – Vegas Casino Real is not directed to children under 13, and Fortuisoft does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
You can change Apple tracking permission in the iOS or iPadOS Settings app, review available advertising choices in Blackjack settings, purchase Pro to remove ads, reset available game data, statistics, or settings inside the app, choose whether to email or export information, or delete the app and its locally stored information.
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
